We continually strive to offer the best possible travel experience and in so doing, maintain our reputation as a leader in specialized group or individual travel!

SEVEN STEPS TO PREPARE

STEP ONE - Decide Your Itinerary. Choose from pre-arranged Finer Place destinations or customize your own experience.

STEP TWO - Decide on Class of Accommodations. Do you wish to stay in superior, first-calls accommodations? Or would you like superior tourist class, or would you prefer to stay in alternative housing such as a retreat center? Think through this step seriously. We are here to help you decide and remember; it all comes down to the comfort level you want!

STEP THREE - Decide Your Meal Plan. Most groups take breakfast and dinner daily. Do you want dinner included every night or would you like to give the group a few nights free to explore restaurants on their own?

STEP FOUR - Decide on Group Size. How many people do you plan to bring? Most buses hold about 50 people. However, pricing can be based on 20, 30 or 40 paying passengers. But remember, a smaller group yields a higher per person cost!

STEP FIVE - Decide on the Number of “Free Trips” You Need. Whether you need one free for each 5, 10 or more paying passengers, let us know and we will quote accordingly. Unlike other companies, we quote you on the number of free trips you need.

STEP SIX - Please Contact Us! Once you have thought through the above items, you are ready to start planning. Be sure to mention The Finer Places when you make initial contact. We'll move right ahead in your planning process!

STEP SEVEN - Preparing Your Promotional Brochure. We will work up an itinerary and quotation based on your specifications and then will submit a formal proposal, including a Contract for you to sign. Once you’ve executed the Contract, you’re on your way to an exciting and memorable experience … The Finer Places’ way!
